Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is [FULL NAME OF CONTROLLER], [ADDRESS], who you can contact at ruifale@parlee.eu. Once PARLEE is incorporated as a company, the company will become the controller and this policy will be updated.
2. What data we collect
Through the demo request form: name, work email, company and sales team size. Through the feedback questionnaire: your role, company type and team size, your answers about the simulator and pricing and, if you provide it, your email. We don't ask for sensitive data. The hosting service also logs technical access data, such as IP address, date and time and browser type, needed for the security and running of the site.
3. What we use your data for
To respond to your demo request and contact you about the PARLEE pilot programme. We don't send marketing communications without your consent, and we don't sell your data.
4. Legal basis
Processing the form data is necessary to respond to your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical access data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Article 6(1)(f)).
5. How long we keep it
Form data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, if sooner. Technical data is kept for the period set by the hosting service.
6. Who we share it with
With the service providers that let us operate: website hosting and form handling (Netlify, Inc.) and our email service. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We don't share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
7. Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no requests to external services.
8. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to ruifale@parlee.eu. We reply within one month at most. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, such as Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt) or the authority in your country.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
